Meet Dale: I Will Keep On Writing [VIDEO]

You’re never too old to teach, or at least that’s what we learned from 93-year-old Dale, a resident at The Commons on Marice. Dale was, at times, a professor, department head, and dean of the School of Veterinary Medicine for the University of Minnesota. As Dale puts it, “I was department head for a long, long time, and I rose to be a dean for a while. Large animal medicine, that was my specialty.”

But just because Dale retired, doesn’t mean he’s finished working with his alma mater. “I’m still going up to the University of Minnesota every Wednesday,” he says.
